The 2026–2027 School Opening Ceremony of HHCKLA Buddhist Ching Kok Secondary School concluded successfully.
During the ceremony, Ms. Hung Shui-lin, Chairperson of the Parent-Teacher Association, and Principal Tsui Yuen-nam presented various scholarships and awards to recognize students' outstanding performance across different fields. These included:
-The 10th Ven Siu Kun Charitable Foundation Student Award Scheme Scholarship
-The Sai Kung District "Top Ten Outstanding Students" Trophies (Junior and Senior Secondary Categories)
-The 4th Hong Kong Buddhist Association Wing Yee Scholarship
-The "Through-Train" Scholarship
-Numerous external dance awards
— a set of truly encouraging achievements.
Principal Tsui also encouraged all students to bravely face various challenges in the new school year, approach every aspect of learning and life with a growth mindset, continuously move forward at their own pace, and shine like a star.

香海正覺蓮社佛教正覺中學2026至2027年度開學典禮圓滿結束。
在典禮中家教會主席洪瑞蓮女士和徐菀楠校長頒發多個獎學金，以嘉許同學們在各方面的優良表現，分別頒發了：
「紹根長老慈善基金第十屆學生獎勵計劃獎學金」、「西貢區傑出學生」初中組及高中組「十大傑出學生優勝盃」、「第四屆香港佛教聯合會永義獎學金」、「一條龍獎學金」，以及多項校外舞蹈獎項，成績令人鼓舞。
徐校長亦勉勵各位同學在新的一年要勇敢面對不同的挑戰，以成長型的思維面對學習和生活的點點滴滴，在自己的步伐中不斷向前，Shine like a star。
