Xie Pei Yu distinguished herself in the 4th Hong Kong Buddhist Association Wing Yee Scholarship and was awarded a scholarship of HK$50,000 in recognition of her outstanding achievements. This scholarship aims to encourage students to develop a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese culture and values, and to put these virtues into practice in their daily lives. Competition for this year’s scholarship was exceptionally keen. A total of 759 S5 and S6 students participated, and after a rigorous selection process, only 48 students were chosen as award recipients. Among them, just four S5 students successfully received the scholarship. Xie’s inclusion among this select group is a clear testament to her excellence in character development, academic performance, and commitment to practising traditional Chinese cultural values.

本校謝沛宇同學於第四屆佛教聯合會永義獎學金中脫穎而出，榮獲五萬元獎學金。永義獎學金旨在鼓勵學生深入認識及學習中國傳統文化和價值觀，並將當中的優良品德及精神實踐於日常生活之中。本屆獎學金競爭尤其激烈，共有759位中五及中六學生參加，經過嚴格甄選後，最終只選出48位得獎者，而成功獲獎的中五學生更僅有4位。謝同學能夠躋身其中，足證其在品德修養、學習表現及實踐中國文化價值方面均表現出色。期望謝同學繼續秉持勤學篤行、積極進取的精神，傳承中華優秀文化，為同學樹立良好典範。
